  Bought a petrol strimmer from this companies eBay page for £79.99, when it arrived it was in pieces and missing parts, I emailed them straight away to ask for the parts, they sent a few incorrect bolts to me so I requested a refund. Straight away the contact changed, they became blunt and rude and not at all helpful, they sent me a ‘pre paid return label’ which turned out to be just a useless picture of a bar code. When they finally arranged their third party courier, dpd, to collect it for me all contact stopped. They never paid me my refund as promised and refused to reply to the many emails I’ve sent them. Steer clear!!!
